Spokane and board games

Thursday 5/3 Day 13
Today was a rest day, did not do much. I did read the first book of the hunger games, it was good and reminded me of 1984, or the giver.
Jennifer works from home and had breakfast with me. She works with websites, and is very good. We talk for over an hour about traveling abroad and politics.
I also was able to tend to my gear, drying out my tent, washing my cloths, and sorting through my panniers.
In the evening I went with Jennifer and Zach to play some board games at the local board game club. We were a group of six and a board game shop. There were so many to choose from when we were there, they had settlers of Catan but I wanted to try some new ones. We only played quick games, maybe six or seven but they were enjoyable. I'm excited to create a pile of these games at my own house some day. There was a website that they told me to go to to search for new games, boardgamegeek.com.
On the way home we stopped for jack in the box. :) first time there and they have some decent tacos.

Taking a day off, road 105 miles yesterday and going to play some board games tonight with the hosts. Will update this post and last sometime today.
