Going mobil

First post from a mobil device. This will take some time to get use to. This week I started training for my trip by doing cross fit and some yoga. Mike is my personal cross fit trainer, he has a little set up in his garage where I usually do a work out in the evening. I don't know how many of you have tried this training but it is the best work out for the entire body that I know. I never could have imagined that a ten minute work out daily could get my body in shape. On top of that I started doing yoga today with Garrette. I get so intimidated going into those class's because I have no idea what I'm doing. But in the end they turn out great, I'm able to build strength in my body and clear my mind. My hope is to ride my bike before I go but it has been raining so much here in Bend. Cross your fingers that it warms up and dries up!
